At The MSK Studio, our focus is on delivering high-quality, personalised care through physiotherapy, clinical exercise, and rehabilitation programs. We want to make sure we can give each client our full attention and also offer available spots to those on our waiting list if someone can’t attend.

To help us do this, please note our cancellation policy:

• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a $45 fee.
• Missed or late cancellations for classes will be treated as an attended class and charged accordingly.
• Late arrivals will be seen for the remaining time of the session, with the full fee charged.

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. By letting us know as early as possible, you allow us to support other clients who may be waiting for care. Where possible, we will try to accommodate late notice changes.
