The team behind The MSK Studio, Adelaide
The MSK Studio is a spinal physiotherapy clinic in Adelaide. We built the clinic around a single focus – the spine.
Every practitioner at The MSK Studio has a genuine clinical interest in spinal conditions. We assess and treat back pain, low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, headaches and migraines, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, shoulder pain, and pre and post-operative spinal rehabilitation. Our treatment approach follows a structured three-phase framework, accurate diagnosis, targeted hands-on treatment, and a progressive rehabilitation program designed around how you move, what you do, and what you are working toward.
We work closely with a network of Adelaide’s neurosurgeons, spine surgeons, GPs and pain clinicians, so when your care requires more than one set of hands, you are already connected to the right people.
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
With a clinical focus on spinal assessment, diagnosis and rehabilitation, Fardis works with clients across the full spectrum of spinal conditions, from acute disc injuries and sciatica through to post-operative rehabilitation and long-standing presentations.
With over a decade of personal experience in weightlifting and strength training, Fardis brings a genuine understanding of how the body moves under load, and what happens when it doesn’t. That background informs a clinical approach that goes beyond symptom management: understanding the biomechanics of each individual, identifying where movement is breaking down, and building programs that restore capacity rather than simply reduce pain.
Fardis integrates Clinical Pilates, Kinetic Link Training and dry needling into a treatment framework grounded in evidence-based physiotherapy. The result is a individualised approach, one that is calibrated to your specific anatomy, your load history, and what you are working toward, whether that is returning to sport, managing a long-term spinal condition, or simply moving through daily life without pain.
